She made everything easy and stress-free. When my car was finished, Bryan was so kind and took the time to walk me around it and told me to let him know if there was anything else he could do, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they both genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was in an accident just two days before Christmas, had a $1,000 deductible, no rental car coverage, and more than a little stress — and they truly could not have handled the situation better. From the very start, they towed my car in quickly (my rear turn signal was out, so driving wasn’t safe) and somehow had my car repaired and back to me in under a week, during the holidays no less. The entire process was seamless, smooth, and easy since they are a direct repair vendor for Progressive. Brian deserves special recognition — the patience of a saint truly applies here. He went out of his way to walk me through the estimate and insurance coverage, making sure I felt safe, confident, and fully informed every step of the way (even while dealing with a very neurotic customer 😅). I genuinely felt like he had my best interests at heart. Jordan’s customer service was equally outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist in every way possible and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. The communication, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish were exceptional. And by the way — my car looks brand spanking new. I just bought her in May, and it’s honestly like nothing ever happened. Overall, I couldn’t have been in better hands during a stressful time.
