Progressive recommended Lenny's and I agreed due to their convenient location. Luke and Marshall, the two men who worked on my vehicle, were incredible! They kept me well informed of what was happening with my vehicle and what to expect as far as timeline. They did perfect paint work on my "Area 51" colored paint, and let me tell you, it is not an easy color to match up. And replaced my windshield. When there was an error with the first windshield, they replaced it AGAIN, and expedited it to next-day. Incredible. I picked it up and found it detailed! Unexpected and so appreciated! Four days later, while driving I notice a Rattle in the front right speaker in the passenger door, I gave Luke a call, and he offered to take a look for me. They took a look and diagnosed a blown speaker for me, Luke advised I check out my warranty as he thought it would be covered. No charge Turns out, He was right. Just within the confines of the electronic warranty! Thank you for your excellent customer service and for providing sound advise. I will happily refer my clients to your business in the future.
