  Employee standing against the door 🚬 smoking a cigarette on multiple occasions I've been there. I think the law is 200ft from an entrance. I'm sure it's on video.

  Bought a brand new battery and a week later...car won't start so I jump it and go to Auto Zone and they do the 3 test on battery...alternator...and starter and get a good starter and a good alternator...tells me the battery is 60% charged??? NEW BATTERY 60% tells me to go home and charge a brand new Battery...But charged me 100% at 250$ for a 60% battery??? Thoughts??

  I usually patron Oreilys for all my auto parts needs. Sadly I desperately needed a parts and a battery immediately that Oreilys did not have, so I had to settle for Auto Zone in Barberton and then again in Wadsworth. The Wadsworth store is way way way better on all levels compared to Barberton. Fast forward to this evening when I was returning a battery for a core charge. I literally approached the entry door to the Barberton store as the employee was locking it at 7:59pm. He walked away so I got his attention. I asked if they were closed, he said yes then walked away. This is all the reason why I will drive past the Barberton Auto Zone to get to Oreilys. Customer Service is still something that Oreilys practices. Sadly I cannot say the same for Barberton Auto Zone.

  They were really great tonight hooked me up with some tire rod ends for my Buick right before they closed. Great service.
