Also when I did a test trail of their services. My car had dirt marks left as well. So reading these reviews I can see I was not the only one. . Would not recommend!

The soap barely works, the wash is incomplete, and the equipment clearly isn’t maintained properly. When I contacted customer service, they took their time responding, then hid behind a technicality. Because I emailed the next day instead of “same day,” they refused a rewash or refund. Apparently, if their machines damage or poorly wash your car, you have to inspect it immediately on the spot or they wash their hands of it. Even better, they suggested I should “check the vehicle before leaving the premises” — as if the burden is on the customer to catch their malfunctioning equipment in real time. This place used to operate properly when it was under Rain Forest management. Since the change, quality and accountability have collapsed. Broken equipment. Rollers hitting cars. Soap not working. And customer service that deflects responsibility instead of fixing problems. They don’t stand behind their service. They hide behind policy. They don’t care about your car. If you value your vehicle, stay far away.
