  This location is consistently pretty bad. I went there today and actually had to go to another car wash after i left because of how poorly it worked. The first 2 or 3 sets of brushes barely touched the hood and sides of my car and didn't even touch the back of my car at all. I try going here on occasion thinking it will be different but it never is. The towels to detail are always wet and smell. They never have the air fresheners either. Bad form.

  Dryers are mediocre at best. Giving a 1 star main because the amount of times they're closed during normal business hours. I'd say 3/10 times I go they're closed while the other ones in the area seem to always be open.

  Kid working at car wash failed to guide me into rollers resulting in my car catching the corner of wheel guide while entering. The hit cracked the wheel cover. As a follow up I called the number you provided it takes you to an automated phone service that gives you no options for reporting damage. I called take 5 oil change and they provided the correct number to reach someone although I’m pretty sure they are not even located on this continent. Said to go back to the location and fill out claim form which I did, said they will reach out to me in 5 to 10 days. Already contacted my insurance company just in case they dispute it, I run a dash cam so I can backup my claim.
