So I decided to not go back went and cancelled my car wash pass.. and they have been trying to charge me everyday had to go two days in a row and the second day as I walked up their employee had his feet up in a chair passed out woke up as he heard me coming in.... And they are still trying to charge me after telling me twice it has been cancelled... I would not recommend this place
- EBEmily BartonDec 31, 20251.0This car wash didn't clean one whole side of my car the first time I went through, so they waved me through a second time; during the second wash, the machinery malfunctioned and ripped the roof storage off my car, destroying the rails to which it was attached. The car was dripping pink goo; they couldn't hose it off, but did send workers to wipe it down. The car wasn't, however, clean, and they refused to refund the wash. I had to replace the rails that day due to leaving town shortly for a trip; the car wash refuses to reimburse me for the parts (which I installed myself to save money), despite that their equipment malfunctioned and caused hundreds of dollars of damage to my car. I'm filing a BBB complaint now. In addition to this egregious terrible service, they have a whole bank of vacuums—perhaps a dozen—and I had to try five before I found one that worked. I strongly recommend getting your car wash someplace else, as I will do in future.
