  This is my favorite bass pro small but it has the best service it has a nice fishing section as well as a small musky lure section in the back room very much recommended

  Great selection of products. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good prices on the items I bought. Wish there was a location in The Medina area....

  Updated 3/15/2026 I tried again thinking maybe they had an off day and I am kind of stuck since I purchased the gift card for this, another horrible experience from the gun counter again, again their appointment site they want you to use was down but I did have one because I emailed the store before they opened, so now with an appointment I simply had to show fill out my form and be done, well apparently even with an appointment they will still ignore you and skip over you appointment with the board saying you are next and service every other customer at the counter first, then there is an issue if you have more than one home and even with a paid for firearm will refuse to allow you to fill out the forms to retrieve your purchase. This being a second occurance now shows this is a store issue starting at the top. Literally all they needed to do was hand my the form and put in the serial numbers at this point and they couldn’t even do that. Any real enthusiast take your money at time to any other dealer around, Parma Armory, Lake Erie arms, Fin feather Fur, sportsmen den B and T. There are several others to support. I honestly have never bought a firearm from Bass Pro and thought it would be a good experience, worst choice I’ve made in a long time. The worst Bass Pro I’ve been to. Customer service is nothing more than a sign that is on the wall. I ordered a new gun, paid in full, just needed to do the paperwork and leave. After 42 min waiting at the gun counter with zero acknowledgment from any of the staff (2 behind the counter and 2 discussing who was coming in at 2 to relive them while the stood with a pallet of ammo) I was ready to leave. A manager came out from the back and informed me that someone will be with me shortly, then a gentleman behind the counter said I was next up. I thanked them and let them know I had now been waiting over 45 min. At the one hour mark one of the workers finally freed up and went directly to a younger gentleman who had just walked up, then proceeded to sell him a gun and start his paperwork. Over a hour wasted trying to pick up a gun I had already purchased. I left. Let the manager know how crappy their service was, which prompted a “sorry” I have since cancelled my order. I will drive past bass pro for any other store at this point. I’ll pay more to actually have service and be allowed to retrieve the items I purchased. Worst Bass Pro I’ve ever been to and the last one I will go to. Sad that a name like Cabelas is being destroyed by this company and their behaviors.
