- JLJoseph Linch2 days ago5.0I love this place and come here often. Every single visit I’m greeted warmly and treated with respect. Hands down, this is the best car wash and customer service around. I usually don’t write Google reviews, but today I felt it was important. Earlier, a kind, tall woman asked me to leave a review, and I hesitated because so many reviews seem to go unseen or get automated responses. I truly hope this one reaches the right person. What I witnessed today was genuinely concerning. That same employee was in the parking lot being aggressively confronted by a large man in a truck. From where I was parked, I couldn’t see any visible damage to his mirror or window, but what I could clearly see was her professionalism and composure while being threatened and repeatedly interrupted. She remained calm, respectful, and tried her best to de-escalate the situation, even though he barely allowed her to speak. As a bystander, I was very concerned for her safety and extremely impressed by how she handled herself under pressure. She showed far more patience and restraint than most people would have in that situation. For the record, the man never even washed his truck—he pulled in from Mahoning Ave as I was exiting the wash. I want the owner and management to know what an outstanding job this employee did. Employees like her are the reason I continue to support this business, and I will absolutely be returning.
- JPJason Piecuch5 days ago1.0Beware of this car wash as it is not set up correctly for pickup trucks or large vehicles. It has been 48 hours after it broke my power folding mirror on the right side. Kurt stated Brandy will call in 24 to 48 hours and nothing. I formaly requested the video footage and nothing. I use this truck for work and it will cost me over 1000.00 to order a replacement mirror from Ram. This wash is so agressive it even dented and scuffed the door. The truck behind me had the mirrors pulled foward also. Then i sat in front and observed all trucks going through with their mirrors pulled forward as well. This is not a 1 off occurance so please read all the reviews before you risk your vehicle to this carwash. Ouch look at that mirror. Very obvious there is a problem with the wash setup here. Please fix this before more cars get damaged. Brandy denied my claim stating even though my power mirror folded in it didn't fold as much as the driver side according to the video so it must of been broke before i entered the wash. Beware of this carwash. I am now left with over 1100 of repairs. Over the last week i have over 75 photos of other vehicles where the mirrors were also pulled foward.
