  Boy oh boy where do I get started. This experience was great. Great the first time, and so great that me and my grandma went through 5 extra times. We looked like weirdos, but man was it worth it. Don’t even get my started with the staff. They are amazing. Overly amazing. Tommy, or I mean Carter. He’s amazing. He walked out that staff room like a pro, chest puffed out, ready to see who just went through their wash 5 times consecutively. He eagerly walked to our car and greated us. He might have thought we were a few mentally challenged people. But man, it was a highlight of our day. Shoutout to Carter (again) he’s great.

  Decent wash and I do have a subscription. But there are valid concerns mentioned about the conveyor system and how tightly they pack cars together. An expensive SUV was wrecked in the tunnel tonight and cars behind it were shoved into each other. They obviously had to shut it down as a result, which isn't the first time I've gone here during business hours and couldn't get my car washed. I also noted Jason Piecuch's damage that Tommy's denied to remedy, which is making me seriously reconsider my subscription. It's a shame because they could be one of the best around. There is too much competition here to not do the right thing for customers.

  Out of the many, many, many 😳😉 car washes in the Austintown area Tommys is the BEST. We have the $19.99 package and it is well worth every penny especially in the winter time. This car wash even does a great job on the tires. The people there are so nice and friendly. Everyone asks how we keep our SUV so clean and shiny ✨️ we tell them go to Tommys

  Been trying out the wash for two weeks and car looks good on the works wash. I particularly like the mat finish tire shine but it doesn’t seem to always work leaving the tires still looking dirty. The rest of the washes there are mediocre and nothing special compared to other car washes. The main benefit of the wash is that it opens and closes at times when other washes are closed, and they have truly unlimited plans that quench the thirst of OCD people like me. There just aren’t enough of the washes nearby to make it worth joining. They can also use air blowers like other car washes.

  We arrived to Tommy’s/Austintown for our first wash here. (We have only used one other car wash establishment, last year, for our 2016 Silverado.) Darwin, at the front window, was extremely pleasant, helpful & informative. He spoke clearly, explained the benefits fully, and set us up for success after our wash to download & sign into the app. Ben, by the vacuums, met us and guided us as we completed the sign-up process. He also was pleasant, calming & very helpful in explaining the Tommy’s experience to us. Our visit was enjoyable, noninvasive, and just what a full service establishment should be… where others fail.
