- CCCassNov 12, 20251.0PLEASE BEWARE!!! This location of all the car washes I've ever gone to has been by far the worse ESPECIALLY when trying to get a damage claim resolved. Brandy the site manager has not been helpful with this matter at all. She has changed her story, not provided requested video footage that she herself stated she would provide over a month ago. She's provided AI search information that indeed has nothing to do with our vehicle to deny a claim. Not good business practices or customer service.

I switched my subscription over to Tommy’s specifically for the mat washers which are fantastic!! The vacuums are very good and the wash never disappoints. The only thing that bothers me here is how the towels are almost always empty at every vac bay. Other than that, this is my favourite car wash place!

The car wash is a conveyor belt system that & after putting your car in neutral & taking your foot off the brake, pulls your car through a tunnel of sudsing & scrubbing until you reach the exit completely cleaned & detoxified. They have an app "Tommy's Express" that makes picking a monthly plan & making changes to it extremely convenient & easy.
