  If I could leave no stars I would. Don’t trust their Google listing or even the person on the other end of the phone to know whether they are open or not. Called & scheduled an appointment for 11:30 on a Sunday. Got here at 11. Doors locked and no one in sight. Hours on the door says Open from 9-5 on Sundays but then stickers overtop says Closed. Sign out front says Open and the call center where they direct their calls says they are open. Absolutely terrible. The icing on the cake was when I called back to figure out why they weren’t open, the call center put me on hold while they “attempted to contact the store manager” and as I was standing outside the front door, I heard their shop phone ring inside. We were then told they weren’t sure the issue and that at this point there’s nothing they can do. Go anywhere else.

  I was late to my appointment, and Mr. tire was able to fit me in. It was clear and everyone was helpful

  First of all, the scheduling service did not know the correct prices of an oil change! When I asked, the man said $49. Even after I told him I have a van. Once I got to my appointment, I was told it’d be over $100 because he quoted synthetic oil first. I got it down to $87 after I asked for a better price. The man at the counter was completely rude to me while I was being checked in. Lastly, they had a pretty violent and vulgar R rated film on their TV, which I know would offend many and be totally inappropriate for children. I WILL NOT be going back!!!
