  Terry was amazing! He was real and honest! Ive been to multiple shops in town. None and I mean NONE were more helpfull. They were quick and worked with quality with my smart car. Firestone is a joke compared to this place! Fire stone left the seal to my coolant cap in my vehicle and told me about it, which i apriciate the honestly, but I asked them to take it out and they said they didnt have the tools.....anything I asked terry to work on with put hesitation he saod they could do and they did it with customer satisfaction in mind. In terrys own true words "They with be my go to shop till I move out of state! " 5 stars add day thank you guys for being so reliable.

  Had an appointment at 10:30 didn’t get my car done until 12:40 . Not sure why appointments are needed, the wait time was too long, the guy at service desk was polite and professional. And the price was insane $98.00 and they’ didn’t do accept the free tire rotation discount, AND did not rotate my tires , like I asked when I gave my info and brand of oil

  They forgot to close my bonnet. Had to stop on US-33 on emergency to shut it properly (that could be fatal). Initially went for an oil service but got an additional quote of about $700 to fix two studs, breaks and rotor which they discovered. I spent $240 at a garage in The Plains to sort all that thing out, I was even told I could still go more miles on them break pads if I want in that garage. The $450 gap would have been extortion. Life is already knackered, innit? you shouldn’t make it worse for people! Done coming to you.

  They do great work!!! Got my front two tires replace in January only to have a blowout in March, but thankfully because I had road hazard coverage they replaced the tire completely free. Amazing work and great people here, highly recommend them!

  Told me they had an opening in 30 minutes. but when I got there, they said they’re behind and that I have to wait a couple hours. Other than that, the service was good
