    Excellent service,they take the time to listen to you and explain what you need done. Luckily, I just needed a battery day after christmas and they were able to supply. When I'm back in Ashtabula ,I will know where to get good service and with a smile!!

    Workers do a good job. Times I’ve been there seems to always be short on staff. Most recent scheduled appt., only one person working in the shop and having to cover front desk and phone calls.
