- BWBrian W WelchDec 19, 20251.0Rented a car for four or five days The unit that was rented to me was a electric / gas unit never drove one before first in the initial I didn't know how to park the unit or have it going to gear which was never shown to me. Struggled with that for a bit but got it figured out would no help from them. Took unit home found that the car used in excessive amount of gas concerning with electric/ gasoline driven unit put that to the side it was okay for what it was. The next day drove out and found that the wipers were streaking so bad that you could barely see out the front windshield contacted them to inform them of this issue and safety they did say that the current dealership that I got the unit from is closed on Sundays and the closest one available would be 35 to 40 minutes away so they asked me to drive and unsafe unit to a location to transfer vehicles transfer the vehicles this new vehicle that was transferred to me was not too bad but it had a massive shake anytime you went over over 60 mph so considering that I was driving states away this was going to be a long haul The experience that I've had with the vehicles has really deterred me from using them again it seems to me that their service portion of these cars is not being done correctly they're hurrying up bringing them in washing cleaning and then letting back out to the customer without test driving these units for safety or concern. All in all I would say my experience this time with them is not well I give it a one star in the previous times I've have given them four. I just feel that their shop should be test driving these units before they're given I don't believe that is being done it's a very sad thing especially someone who's planning on taking that unit a thousand more miles. I could have called and tried to get another unit which would take hours on in away from my trip again that I've already done prior with the switching of the first unit I just didn't have time to do so and first of all I shouldn't have to do that these should be ready prepared for a 2000 mi journey if not more
