- TATm AndreottiDec 29, 20251.0Went in for a simple tire repair. 30min later they pulled the car out and said it wasn’t leaking. I explained that it had going flat overnight for a week and asked if they checked the valve stem. They did not and pulled it back in. Another 30min went by and they pulled it out again. The tech came into the lobby, handed the ticket to the girl running the desk and said he couldn’t find anything so he took the tire off and resealed the bead. The girl looked at me and said “it had a bead leak”. That’s not what he said. Paid $27. Next day it was flat again. Took it to Guy’s Tire. They laughed when I said I took it to Mr Tire and fixed the leak. No problem since. The Ashland location is terrible. That is the experience everyone I’ve spoken has had as well. There is obviously no oversight from senior management. Not sure how they stay in business. Their lack of diligence is a safety concern when you consider that they are a tire shop. Do not go there.
