  This place was the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. We’ve rented from Enterprise for countless years, but this was unbelievable. We had booked the rental online & expected to pick up the car 9am next day. We called to arrange for pickup & were told they didn’t have a car yet. They’d call back in a few hours. We checked back. Still no car. In the meantime we had to check out of our hotel room so we asked enterprise to pick us up & that we would just stay at their location till a car would be available. Finally around 2pm they told us they had someone that could drive us to another Enterprise location where a vehicle was available. So we grabbed that opportunity. However, the woman driving us over was completely ignorant of customer relations. She cranked her music up so loud we couldn’t even talk. And foul music. No courtesy at all. Plus that vehicle was full of long dog hair. And the car smelled. Between being hearing impaired & the discomfort of the music & severe animal allergies the drive was a nightmare. We finally got to the other location & got a vehicle. The vehicle was so filthy outside there was no way to confirm whether there were any scrapes or dents! And dog hair on the inside everywhere! A hold, of course, was put on our credit card. But once the vehicle was returned, we noticed there wasn’t a pending charge anymore. And no amount had been charged to our card. We waited to see a charge for over a week. Nothing. So we assumed they felt bad & had cancelled a charge. So get this - our rental was returned Feb 6. The charge finally appeared on our card Feb 21st! That’s 15 days later! Not only that, we never even received the email receipt for the rental till Feb 27 - that’s 21 days after the rental was returned! We love Enterprise. But this location is a definite NO!!!

  I would rent again. The manager went above and beyond in Ashland. I would drive to Ashland again to rent from him again
