I then call or drive to the Mansfield location and all of a sudden I can do it? This store is so incompetent it’s really insane. I don’t know if the manager just isn’t smart enough. But if I have a battery that’s less than a year old and it went bad and was gotten at autozone I would say they need to replace it. Not tell me to screw off. Wish I could give this store a zero. Terrible

- DSDanielle SSep 13, 20251.0Would be a zero if possible!! Visit the Ashland location and give all the information to get new breaks and rotors for my 2019 dodge ram 1500 big horn 4x4! Specifically said it is a 6 lug rotor thats needed! The employees at this location not only sold the wrong part not once but TWICE!!!!! First time they sold me 5 lug the second time they sold me 8 lug rotors!! The manager was even involved!! 3rd trip to auto zone was to get a complete refund!! Magically I go to O'Reillys and they not only get it correct on the first visit but it was also $250 CHEAPER!!!!! Will never go to Auto Zone again!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
