When I got I car all lights were on still. Went back in told repeatedly it’s fixed and they were not sure why lights on but everything working… insisted. Over and over. Not sure anything is fixed and now I have a noise in wheel when driving. Also had appointment just to not have car touch day took in. Then told master tech had to do install of sensor but wasn’t in till Monday. But they decided to do without that person.. this location has been amazing in the past but this time I feel I didn’t get anything fixed and fed a lot of stories..
- MMMkOct 25, 20251.0Where do i start first i had appointment for alignment took over 4 hrs of me waiting on site and manager said i was next here the tech kept passing up my car and ended up wasting my time waiting and had to leave with no alignment done. Then i scheduled over a month ago tires for my car again have an appointment show up and they never ordered my tires. I will never be back to this company ever again. How do you have an order well in advance and not have anything ordered wasted my time twice now and very disappointing with this company.
