I've been to this store many times, and they usually do a great job. My last visit was a little disappointing. I stopped in without an appointment. They didn't seem busy at the moment, but became more busy afterwards. I know that's a factor in their service, but I was willing to wait a while. I asked for a set of all terrain tires. I assumed the person at the counter understood, so I thought the tire he offered me was AT. What I ended up with were all season tires. It's not the same, and I think it's weird that I didn't get what I asked for. It's like a fast food joint screwing up your order. They pulled my jeep up to the door as if it was ready, then someone jumped in my jeep, and returned it to the shop as though they had forgotten something, or they were correcting a mistake they had made. Once I finally got in my jeep and started driving, I was surprised that the air pressure was way too much and randomly different in every tire. It's like they didn't even try to put the correct air pressure in each tire. I parked to adjust the pressure, and noticed 2 of the tires had no nozzle caps. Nearly $1400. It's not pocket change for me. I'd expect a little more professionalism for that much money.

Had to immediately stop first thing in the morning for air in my tires, as soon as they opened! They immediately got right on putting air in my tires. I mentioned that I only needed 1 tire filled but the associate reminded me about how the temperature change makes your tires go low on air and insisted that he check all tires. Which was a great judgement call and definitely was needed! I highly recommend this location for service done on your vehicle! The staff has always provided me with such great service and great work done on my car!

TD associates were friendly and very helpful. They took the time to explain what needed to be done on the car. We take all 4 of our cars to this TD. I would definitely recommend them to a friend
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
