I live in Houston and my dog stayed back in Texas, not even in the state with me. I dropped the car off for return and, after the fact, they charged me a $50 fee for “additional cleaning” due to dog fur? There might have been some dog hair from my blanket/coat but NOTHING major or that would consistite a $50 cleaning fee, especially without announcement. Convenient they didn’t even tell me and I had to go through my bill to understand why it was higher than expected. Called and they offered no proof, I guess they can be subjective and charge you whatever they feel like. I wish I had taken a picture of the interior before returning but didn’t think to because there was absolutely nothing worth photographing and would have never guessed this would happen. They are ripping people off. Won’t be using Enterprise again.
