  Friendly staff picked me up and dropped me off at my auto repair/ collision shop upon acquiring and returning my rental car. Seamless, easy process to rent and return. The rental car was clean and easy to drive. Thank you Enterprise!!

  Anytime I need to rent a car wether it's traveling out of town or most recent I needed a vehicle for the day while my car was in the shop Pat and Kyle at the Alliance location on State St. Were absolutely awesome. I called Thursday evening to reserve a car went in Friday morning even though there was three people ahead of me they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes no issues and I was omw to work!!. My wife and I have rented from this location multiple times and never any issues. I will certainly go back to them if or when I need a rental!... Pat and Kyle thanks guys!!!... Jared.

  The website allowed me to reserve a certain type of car for a set daily price just 2 hours before the store location closed thankfully. Upon arrival to pick up the car the employee was rude and repeatedly tried to upcharge me because they only had the mid size car available ( the next step up from economy that I had reserved online) and blamed me for making a last minute reservation. As if I'm the one who designed the website to allow such reservations. He still charged me an extra 5 dollars a day and I had to agree to it or I wasn't going to be able to rent a car. Then once I returned the car they kept 100 dollars of my security deposit for no reason. I have pictures of the car when we returned it because we cleaned it inside and outside, vacuumed and wiped down. We returned it cleaner than when we received it! If I could give negative stars I would!

  Rental not ready at 8:00 am. Told us to come back in 45 minutes. Not ready. Then said 20 more minutes. Nope! They called at 1:30 pm to tell us it was ready. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Absolutely ridiculous
