Kobie was who greeted me and told me probably within the hour. However I was on my lunch break and he asked where I worked which was close by. He offered to take me back to work and pick me up when it was done. They did have it done within the hour and he came to pick me up. If thats not GREAT Customer service than I don't know what is. I would definately recommend them
