  Took my truck in for new tires and an alignment. My wife and 3 year old had to pick it up for me because I worked late that day. She got the truck made it maybe a few hundred feet down the road. And the back passenger tire started to bang around and almost fall off the vehicle because the lugs were not tightened. She took it directly back and called me the technician began tightening them in the parking lot. I had her put me on speaker phone and informed him to take it back in. And ensure all wheels were flush on the hub and tightened all wheels to spec. He refused and started to argue the point as if he had one. And as if he didn’t just gamble my wife and kids life. I had to call the store and speak with the assistant manager. He without hesitation agreed with me. And took it back in the shop and ensured all wheels were tight. On top of that employees were also arguing about who would perform work. Just extremely unprofessional and we will not be back not even for the free oil change certificate they gave for the trouble.

  The guy running the place was super nice and The female that plugged my tire Did a great job! I have no complaints! I think it was like $16 to plug the tire plus another fee and some tax so it came out to like 21 bucks

  Everyone there was friendly and got me in and out. Calling did seem like a waste of time the goes to a call center that is hard to understand. I gave up and just drove there

  First time customer of Tire Choice in Alliance, OH. Great service very knowledgeable they let me know I had an additional issue, but didnt try to up sell me. I did know I had it already but appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection. Thank you Mr. Fountain

  I was charged $106 for a front end alignment. As soon as I drove off the lot my entire wheel was off centered and my vehicle was pulling HARD to the left, it was terrible. Way worse than before I brought it in, like i had to fight with my wheel to get it to go straight down the road!!!! So I took it right back & they did another alignment claiming it became misaligned driving from State St to Lindon, literally 20 seconds away. This time they said they noticed the wheel tugging to the left but that the new measurements didn’t make sense to them. I shared with them that the lane assist was also not working and they just looked at eachother guessing it could be a power steering issue. So no resolution. I had to take my vehicle back in worse condition after paying before they checked to make sure it was right!!! They did not refund my money & told me something else was wrong with it and to just bring it back at a later time for a “free” alignment. Nothing in writing, just the receipt and pictures of my new cambered tires. This is a 2023 vehicle only driven for 1 winter, with under 42k miles & also new tires installed near Oct 2025 (2 months ago). The problem l have is that they shouldn’t have charged me anything since the alignment was far worse after taking it here and they did not even test drive it after but rather pulled into a spot and told me to pick it up. Highly disappointed and never returning.
