  I took my vehicle there to get a free inspection. They told me things that were wrong with my vehicle that really were not wrong! So basically they are just trying to get you in to get money from you. And that is not how a business is supposed to be handled! Be honest with customers and you will get more business!

  Just coming in to get tires but it ended up being a bunch of different things, new rotors all the way around brakes front and back needed a new battery everything went smoothly just had to wait longer than I anticipated

  This is the 2 time I had an issue with my car and both times they got me in right away and fixed me up in a timely manner. Samuel was so kind,professional and explained everything in a way I could understand the problem and solution. A place u can trust.

  I have been a customer for over 10+ years this has always been my go to tire shop but I’ll never go back after my experience today, the guys have always been courteous and helpful this was my first experience with a woman and she was sooooo rude. They couldn’t have my tires until the next day which normally would have been fine but I didn’t even have them ordered, I went out and called around to other places and got them elsewhere, I’ve worked in customer service my whole life I won’t pay any establishment who acts like the customer is an inconvenience I’ll just go somewhere else so disappointing

  I recently took my new 2023 truck with new September 2025 tires into Tire Choice in Alliance for a wheel alignment. After them sending me home with it not in alignment I brought it back within 5 minutes, they did another wheel alignment, charging me $106, with it still not aligned properly. Sent me home with it driving freaking sideways down the road!! Worse than when I brought it in. They said I had a power steering issue & needed to go elsewhere. I then took it to Brittain’s in Alliance who fixed it for $95 by doing a CORRECT wheel alignment. Nothing else. My power steering is fine it was never the issue. Tire Choice then said they swear to issue me a refund but that they do not have a store manager. (What’s up with that?) Therefore, I’d have to wait a few days and hope for a call back. I called for a refund yesterday & waited all day for the store manager to call me back & they never did. Hence why I called again today. Now, I am a nice person but I am so sick of getting taken advantage of!!! Vans screwed me over last year & now Tire Choice. I wish Discount Tire was still around, RIP.
