- CLCraig LeopoldDec 28, 20251.0My wife and I reserved an AWD rental with you on 12/26, when we came to pick up you gave our reserved vehicle to a woman being a karen and stuck us with a Honda Accord which we came to find out had no washer fluid and broken wiper blades IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. If we don't see a full reimbursement I will take my documentation and escalate this as high as I need to so you don't endanger the lives of another family. Your incompetence will kill someone.
