My young daughter came in earlier today and was met with an older man and she forgot his first name, but his last name was Halloway- and his name tag said costumer service manager. Which is just ironic and sadly hilarious as he did the complete opposite. My daughter came to get a new battery and asked him for help, all he kept saying to her was “I shouldn’t be out here doing this for people,” “I can’t believe I’m made to come outside and do this,” then walked away. Her battery was dead and the new one she had bought was left sitting outside. He left her with absolutely no help. What kind of costumer service manager does this place have representing Auto Zone. Sad.

I don’t go in there often, but I won’t be going there again!
