  Safelite showed up when expected and fixed my chip in my windshield right away. It looks pretty good. It didn't go fully away but looks like I have something tiny on my windshield. Not in my line of sight so no big deal. Thanks for your service and friendly technician.

  I’ve used Safelite before and had no issues. This time I was not able to go out and inspect the job as soon as he was finished as I was at work. I went out an hour later and was surprised to see the wiring harness for the rearview mirror just hanging inside of my jeep. Not sure why the tech did not tuck the wires back in. Customer should not have to pull trim molding to put wires back when the tech should have taken care of that.

  Very rude customer service person. I had questions that the difference between my original windshield and the replacement that was different. Not only did she rudely not address my question but told me that what I was saying was part of original was not true. Finally another service tech came forward understood my question and explained the difference. At that point I was satisfied with his answers .

  I had a Chip that turned into a Crack that went all the way across my Windshield. Windshield was replaced on Dec 4th 2025. March 20th I got another Chip. I tried contacting Safelite about a Chip repair because I selected the Premium Repair option. Claims to have Nationwide Lifetime Warranty. Apparently that doesn't cover anything after the install. I asked the Technician that installed my Windshield what I should do if I get a Crack or Chip. He said Contact Safelite directly. Trying to call to talk to a Representative is nearly impossible. AI answering kept repeating Prompts to try to set up a Quote or Reschedule a Repair. I will definitely not use their service again and tell family & friends to find a better service. I think I over Paid now that I know the Windshield isn't protected by a warranty

  When replacing my Tesla 3 windshield, both passenger and driver side sun visor clips got broken. I was not notified about this but rather I noticed it when I entered my vehicle at time of pickup. I immediately went back in and spoke to receptionist Cortnee Yost who looked at me as if I were lying about the situation and told me that they don’t touch the visors. The windshield replacement was nearly $1,500.00! Why would I need to lie about cheap plastic clips? I have still not received a call back to address the issue. I finally got ahold of a manager today after calling customer care for a second time and was told they typically don’t move the visors but that I would get a call back. The clips are available on amazon and I might just have to fix it myself.
