Corey Was Amazing And Cared About My Situation With My Tires With A Bit Over 13 thousand miles On A brand New Car have problems with The Wear On The Tires , Corey And His Crew Went Above And Beyond To Help Me! Thank You So Very Much For Helping Solve The Issue And Everyone Being So Kind !

  we hadn't used this Goodyear store in awhile. I always liked it. Had an emergency, and received great service. also they have Sunday hours!!!!

  Schedule online for an oil change and to have my Belt Tensioner looked at. Got my confirmation email and a price of $45. (After pushing my appointment back a day) I get there and they tell me that my oil change is actually $79 because it's a synthetic blend, despite me literally selecting that online. I explain that I already chose that and the price was $45. Then, after TWO HOURS waiting they come back and tell me "oil change is done and there is a noise you might want to have checked out" I told them that's literally the reason I came in. They took two hours to change my oil and not look at the one thing I asked them to look at. This place is a joke. What they wrote on the report is exactly what I told them "I believe my belt tensioner is going bad it's making a noise" their note "noise-belt tensioner and belt should be checked" thanks guys.
