  They need more people working on the weekend. 8 people in front of me waiting at 1145a when they close at noon is ridiculous. 13 people crammed in that small room since there was people that walked in after me

  enterprise personnel at the Green, Oh location (Akron) went above and beyond during my last rental which was unplanned as my car was rear-ended and totaled. we always look to this location first when we need a car, and this time they did not disappoint.

  Convenience to our home location. Our nearest Enterprise location is not in a high traffic location and easier for us older folks to get to without needing to navigate high volume traffic locations. Also, appreciate the flexibility of leaving our rental at the body shop where our car repair was done. Staff was also very accommodating and courteous.
