I would highly recommend them

Rented an SUV for a long trip & shortly after I left, the "check for maintenance" light came on & was on the entire trip! Also, then I left the lot, the young man said I would receive an email within minutes for the rental. I never received anything (NO email)to confirm the rental, so should I have been stopped, or something gone wrong, I had NO proof it was a rental from Enterprise! No paperwork, either, which I get in these electronic days, but with NOTHING showing it was a rental, it could have been a stolen car! 3 days after my trip, I received a phone call to check in. I spoke to a gal & she talked over me the entire time, until I asked to speak to a manager. They said they called me day1 & 2, tho never received a vm/message or log of call. There is NO follow-thru, lack of respect by associates & then, to boot, did the rental thru the promo program, for which I should have received points and never did. Huge disappointment from beginning to end! Will be a long time, if EVER, before I rent from them again. Used to be a great company. Now, lack of professionalism, follow-through & no respect or ability to listen to customers by associates. They need much better and more thorough training!
