  Time & Time again, Vans has not only taken care of our personal Vehicles, but now our WHOLE family takes their vehicles to Vans, & VANS ONLY!   Stopped in for an oil change on my newer car- first time from the dealer. I had an extensive oil leak. They came back, suggested I reach out to check about a warranty so the cost would be covered. I happily paid for my oil change, found out it will be covered under warranty and now Vans has a loyal customer because they were open honest and did what was best for ME! All of my cars will go here for oil and tires!

  I had experienced a power steering problem due to using a strong stop leak in my power steering reservoir during the summer. It froze up on me during the recent long cold snap .I knew Van's Auto Service could remedy the dilemma so I made arrangements and let the repairs up to them . I was very pleased with their diagnosis and methods of fixing the problem . They never gave up and the sticky situation was eliminated and new parts were installed and other problems that were diagnosed were repaired . I have been using their services since Oct of 2023 and have always been satisfied with the results. The employees are very respectful and treated me well ; more like a friend than a stranger. I am very pleased with the work performed and Thank Adam for his attention to detail and professional handling of my automotive job request. I strongly recommend Van's to anyone that needs assistance with new tires or repairs .

  All the workers are especially kind & knowledgeable. I was treated with respect. I informed them I didn’t want an early morning appointment they were extremely accommodating. I enjoyed the new technology of informative texts & pictures explaining my vehicle / tires problem’s . I’m a planner so I ask a questions bout the life of my Goodyear Assurance Tires a gentleman took time to answer me and give several options and a recommendations. Sincerely Your Customer CEHinkle

  It felt like they wanted to do their best when it came to making my vehicle safe and road trip ready. Good, honest people who patiently listened. Prices are fair and reasonable. No reason for me to ever take my vehicle anywhere else. Plus the 24 month warranty on the work I had done puts my mind at ease. Nick was fabulous. Thanks you Vans. My mother also gets her cars worked on here - and shares my opinion on not wanting to go anywhere else for car repairs.
