They deal with many vehicles daily Between AAA as well as local police departments. Just about every towing company does the same. Please be patient. They will get to you ASAP. And always keep in mind. If you act angry, hostile or act in any threatening way. They are a company not the government. They have the right to refuse service. They have always been fair honest and good to my family.
