It was then delayed again to December 2, and a third time to December 4, with staff still unsure if it would be finished that morning. This pattern of shifting dates and poor scheduling felt very unprofessional. When I arrived on December 4, no one offered a walk-around of the vehicle with me. Before leaving, I noticed new dents and scratches on the driver side door and rocker panel that were not present before the repair. If the shop missed damage that clearly occurred during the repair process, it makes me question the quality and thoroughness of the work performed on the parts I can't see. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not trust your shop with my vehicle in the future.
