God awful pricing, Even worse customer service. I will never return to this money hungry company. The management here will stalk and harass you for even questioning the operation. They want to bully you into overpaying for the stuff they made you remove yourself it’s really unfair. They give scrapyards a bad name you would be better off just ordering the part used online from eBay or something.

Pull A Part locations are all very well organized. I've been to Cleveland West, Akron, and Canton.
Akron has the friendliest and most helpful workers. All tried to help me out. Brittany went over the top! I will return and tell others!

They advertise batteries As we manufactured died within weeks, dead cells and then wouldn’t take it back because it was a day over the warranty. They checked it at the counter and realized it had dead cells, but still didn’t refund the money or give me another battery. Don’t buy any remanufactured batteries from them they are junk.

Absolutely the worst experience. Never been here before went to find a rim. Two men were at the counter and when I said I wasnt sure what I was looking for and I wanted to make sure it fit my car I was ignored and made to feel dumb. Definitely will not be coming here or recommending anyone here.

Went in to price & potentially buy a tire for my Mazda. One girl (short, dark hair, glasses) was running around doing everything up front. She had hustle and I respect that. Two others on the outdoor side sat in the back office spaces and just stared at everyone unless they were checking out.
As it was my first time there, I wasn't aware of protocols so I asked how the yard worked. When I got to the car to remove the tire, there was nothing I could use to jam the wheel to get the lug nuts off. Nuts were rusted, and I struggled with alternative methods to alleviate the situation. I went back inside, as I was told the parts puller (Braeden) was on lunch, and I went to find out when he would be available. My boyfriend was outside with our kids (toddler and newborn), so I didn't have a lot of time. I was going to just buy a tire without the rim.
They told me he would be back soon, and to wait outside. I went to pay for the tire, but only knew the price of having him help ($15). A blonde lady took my information, acted annoyed about having to do so, and then rang up the transaction for the tire. I was not told pricing at all beforehand. The total was nearly $78! I had priced a brand new one at less.
I was told to wait outside for a call that he had removed the tire and it was ready for pickup. Funny thing is - it turned out that the wait was for nothing because they were about to close. So exactly how is it that your only parts puller is "on lunch" right before closing time? You don't know what time he gets back, and there's apparently no way to get a hold of him or find out? Then you know I have children outside, and you ask me to sit around with them knowing you aren't gonna be here? That feels pretty disrespectful to do to someone simply because they aren't aware of how things work. I don't fault the girl that worked the entrance fully because she did try and help, but there was a lot going on for her. The other lady just didn't want to be at work (she said so herself). I won't be back for any type of services after that. Don't take advantage of people or tell falsehoods because YOU don't want to do your job. I get it, it's cold outside and dealing with auto parts/people is stressful. I work at an auto parts store myself. But just tell the truth. Hey, he's gone we are closing soon. Come back and pick it up tomorrow. Simple. Let people make informed decisions. Be helpful to new people instead of judging and/or taking advantage.
