- AKAustin Karcher6 days ago2.0Haven’t been to the Akron location in a while. But the moment I walked in it was chaos entire front lobby smelled of weed. Then after paying to get in the yard I went to my car to grab tools and on my way back in 2 employees stopped right in front of me and started talking clearly seeing I’m trying to get thru. I said excuse me and they moved a foot to the left and just looked at me. So I get to the yard and was excited to see that an Audi a4 still had its complete motor. I was going to purchase but as I started looking someone destroyed the cylinder head and engine block removing other parts. It was a bummer because that was a chunk of money I was willing to spend. Upon further inspection of both A4s the only thing left that wasn’t completely damaged was the lower control arms. I removed and took up front and purchased. A lot of time and effort for very little reward.

Both helped me with no issue and gave good prices for the parts I needed. I wish alot more service members were like this. Even the front desk girl was super kind and trying to help I just dont remember their name. Shouts out to yall! Raises are definitly deserved!
