Corey Was Amazing And Cared About My Situation With My Tires With A Bit Over 13 thousand miles On A brand New Car have problems with The Wear On The Tires , Corey And His Crew Went Above And Beyond To Help Me!   we hadn't used this Goodyear store in awhile. I always liked it. Had an emergency, and received great service. also they have Sunday hours!!!!

  Schedule online for an oil change and to have my Belt Tensioner looked at. Got my confirmation email and a price of $45. (After pushing my appointment back a day) I get there and they tell me that my oil change is actually $79 because it's a synthetic blend, despite me literally selecting that online. I explain that I already chose that and the price was $45. Then, after TWO HOURS waiting they come back and tell me "oil change is done and there is a noise you might want to have checked out" I told them that's literally the reason I came in. They took two hours to change my oil and not look at the one thing I asked them to look at. This place is a joke. What they wrote on the report is exactly what I told them "I believe my belt tensioner is going bad it's making a noise" their note "noise-belt tensioner and belt should be checked" thanks guys.

  I wandered into this location approximately 40 minutes before closing time because my tire was leaking very bad from a screw that had just punctured it. I was so relieved that it held enough air to make it to their shop. They informed me a tire patch was not an option in the timeframe before closing. Which left me stranded as my tire was now very low. I worked as a technician for almost a decade at a dealer, I know for a fact that tire patch would have been easily completed in 40 minutes. Newer vehicle and the tire is only a few months old, it was a clean hole in a safe area for a patch. I left and went across the street to Serra Honda, who took great care of me.
