I didn’t realized they gave me a 2 wheel drive pickup 😱 I got stuck in a customer’s driveway twice both on sunny dry days 😡 I just left it parked for the last 2 weeks because this was the only truck they had. Needless to say I didn’t have a good experience 👎🏾

Bob JohnsonOct 12, 20251.0No business discounts is a disadvantages to rentals charging per mile no unlimited mileage offered and no business advantage or early return advantages presented with limited information on vehicles an inventory and not to mention no comparison rate to other competitors most likely will not recommend nor will I run again from them. To be a good customer means nothing to them so this displays therefore business marketing and customer care. While we're using their business to promote our housing business and renovation company.
- MFMaria FilpoOct 4, 20251.0I was late to bring the rental so I called the office and the girl told me they don't have drop off to bring the car before 10am I got there at 9am and the guy told me I have to pay the day anyway so I ask how much he said 80$ and to bring the car around 2pm so he will have someone to drive me home and that's what I did.... check my bank they changed me 188$ I called the girl make me wait 30min on the phone then she said they'll call me back , never did, I been calling and now nobody answers the phone.... We been renting with enterprise for over 20 years and never had any issues...this is not about the money is the principal this is not how you do business. Att. Lopez
