Needless to say, I'm sure while they weren't thrilled, they jumped to help and got me in and out of there before close. I realize my poor planning shouldn't have been their issue, but they really helped me fast and with a smile and I appreciated the quick service. Next time I'll remember to come straight to enterprise first!

They were low on vehicles, so they comped me an SUV for the standard rate, which I was appreciative of. The totaling process took some time, and I spent some time looking for another vehicle. Ultimately, I spent 71 days in the rental, and I communicated solely with Krista who's the branch mgr I believe. Her attention to detail and customer service was amazing. If I should ever need to rent a car again I will definitely return here.
