  Great at home service. Available just a day and a half after my call. Contacted me several times to ensure me they were coming. The technician was friendly and helpful.

  Absolutely horrible Reported a glass claim on a Thursday. Had someone come to my house Monday to tell me "to windy we can't " and I had to wait until the following Thursday to take it to the shop. Had a 3pm appointment. Showed up 15min early and still waited well over 2 hours. While waiting staff was behind the counter eating corn dogs. Talking shit about customers. Telling all customers different information. "OH it should be about an hour - lie - when he came back his car wasn't even touched. Oh don't wash it for 2 days then turns around tells another person a week." I couldn't help but wonder if we are even trained to work here on all accounts. Place was dirty to the point where you didnt even want to sit on a dusty chair let alone use the restroom if you had to. My insurance covered it yes but it would have been over $1,100 for a 2018 crv if not. Never again on my behalf!

  I had to submit a claim through my insurance company which paid for the whole service. Safelite was very accommodating especially with the weather changing so frequently. I did an all day drop off and didn’t have a ride. I decided to wait even if it took until 5 PM. Wendy was kind and considerate, and she made sure I got in sooner. I was only there for an hour. It was quick and easy.

  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for glass repair or replacement! The service representative is very kind and accommodating, scheduling is so easy! They get payment right through the insurance company. The technician is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The whole process was very smooth and easy.

  I left my key in the dropbox at 7:50am when I dropped off my car and they called me in the afternoon to tell me I missed my appointment at 1:00pm. When I explained that my car was there the entire day the customer service representative told me “the door was open you should’ve brought your key inside”. The door clearly stated that they open at 8am and I only saw the garage door open so I felt that the dropbox was the best option. She proceeded to tell me my windshield replacement wouldn’t begin until 4:30 or 5pm. I went to pick up my car after work at 4:30 and it wasn’t ready until 6pm. The customer service representative was rude and dismissive and instead of apologizing for not checking the dropbox for my key she blamed me for not coming inside. The technicians were hardworking and kind and I am very appreciative that they stayed past close to finish my car but I would not get another service done here due to the woman at the front desk. The other customer sitting beside me with her two children had been waiting for 3 hours. I would recommend another safelite location for any services in the future.
