  I have been coming here for past ten years and I will continue to come here. Everyone is polite from Haley at the front desk to the workers who always get things done at reasonable time. Keep up the good work. Thanks for honoring clients who are veterans with Veteran discount.

  Well. Go in trying to have 4 tires mounted and balanced not 1 car in or out side just a women can't say working but playing on her phone and me along with 2 other customers get told I can't do it that it's unsafe well gotta say what is the point of being open and having a useless employee ther then drive over after calling to hear that what a absolute joke only these kids can turn a 200 job down to play candy crush way to go Monroe won't ever b coming back

  BE AWARE, Not sure what happened but this shop went downhill quick. Oil changes went up an extra $30 when other shops are still the same. Tried to have us get a part replaced for well over $1100.00 and went to another shop that did it for $389. Claimed an alignment would need to be done when no steering parts were even touched. Very sketchy place now and we used to use them all the time. No wonder they cannot keep employees. Guess the corporate quotas are important as is squeezing every penny out of your pocket. Not recommended at all, they will screw you over. I also heard them complaining about customers to other employees as they got off the phone with them. No wonder Monroe is in Financial trouble. Would be Zero starts if it was an option. They used to be good but the good manager left and you can tell.

  A little over a year ago I had brakes done on my Hyundai Kona . A week ago I was hearing a whining noice coming from one of my front wheels. It turns out I had a bad wheel bearing and my front breaks were bad. The manager at the New York Mills Monro suggested that I have the dealer check out the bearing which I did . Happens that it was covered under warranty. I went back to Monro and the manager Joseph covered my brakes under warranty as well. There are honest people out there who don't take advantage of their customers.

  You know why you got this review as 1 star. I took an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation at around 70$ Then charged for things I did not ask for and should have been complimentary if it was not asked for. Tires never rotated and over-charged with bs excuses as to why.
