  I rent a lot of vehicles throughout the year and the guy Who usually works at the Syracuse office was and Yorkville He was fantastic. Very nice guy got the truck quick We didn’t have to mess around and do this and wait an hour. We were in and out super fast very nice guy

  John was so friendly and helpful. He picked me up from my mechanic shop and gave me the best deal available. I'm so glad I found this place because I was unaware that Enterprise rented work trucks and it really saved me in a pinch when both my work truck and my Jeep needed repairs. Will definitely be using them again. PS - when my truck was finally finished, I would be returning at the end of the day, then having to pay for an Uber back to the mechanic. John said if I returned it the next morning instead, he could give me a ride to the mechanic saving me $50 after a $1385 repair bill, plus the cost of the rental for a week. Every ltbit helps and he did that without even knowing that I wrote this review. If you ever need to rent a work vehicle, THIS is the place to go. It's so refreshing to experience the kind of customer service and caring that used to be normal everywhere. It's nice to know it still exists.

  Needed to move my daughter about 4 1/2 hours away and had no idea what size vehicle to rent. Spoke with John on the phone and he recommended a high roof cargo van. It was the perfect size to move her belongings. Everything fit in snugly and it had plenty of d rings to secure all the objects and boxes. The van was spotless when I arrived and in excellent working order. John made sure I understood where everything was etc before I took off. The drive went well and the van was fairly fuel efficient considering how it was loaded. The only issue I had was finding an outdoor lot to park in due to the height of the vehicle. Thanks John.
