  My tires were due for replacement so I decided to give Yorktown Mavis a shot for the first time. Scheduled my appointment online for 12 and arrived 30 minutes and they still took my car and got going. I normally dread getting new tires because how long it normally takes from prior experiences from other Mavis locations. but not today, Dropped my car off and Paul at the front desk was very polite and helpful I didn't feel too pressured by any crazy upsells unlike prior experiences with other locations. Went shopping for about an hour in the area and I was plesantly surprised to see that the car was ready by the time I got back. I'm very happy with the installation time and service. They treated with my car with respect please give this place a heavy consideration if you need tires. P.S.They're is plenty to do in the area while you're gone if you like donuts and you're around earlier in the day the Yorktown Dunkin makes fresh donuts.

  Ever have one of those days where you're apprehensive to bring your car in for a smple inspection because you know the mechanic is going to find something? Yup, had that happen today to a 14 year old Prius. Rear brakes, front struts and rotors needed changing. I knew in my heart the car needed work, but was trying to avoid it. Paul, the Mgr, explained everything with the knowledge of a University Professor easing my mind that was beginning to tally up the costs. I've never been to a repair shop that gave such knowledgeable, honest and forthright service. Paul worked with me to get the repairs done and saving me some money with available store coupons. My experience there has earned them a lifetime customer for all my cars. I can't begin to say this establishment is one of the rare places where you can feel comfortable trusting them to be honest and actually perform the work you pay for. Give them a try for yourself, and you too will see the benefits. Thanks again Paul for all your efforts. PS: brought my pick up there the same day for inspection, no issues.😁

  Excellent service at Mavis Discount Tire in Yorktown Heights. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. They clearly explained what my car needed and did not try to upsell unnecessary services. The process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely come back and recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable place for oil changes, brakes, or tires. 🚗✨

  My trailer tire blew out with no spare to replace. Mavis Yorktown went out of their way to help me get a new tire thrown on and get me home before the storm hit. Great customer service, communication, and hospitality. Can’t thank you enough for helping me get home.

  Fui con muchas dudas y un poco nerviosa, porque ya a mi edad no entiendo mucho de estas cosas, pero en Mavis me trataron con muchísimo respeto y paciencia. Steve me ayudó en todo momento. Fue muy amable, me explicó todo despacito y se aseguró de que yo entendiera lo que estaban haciendo. No intentaron aprovecharse ni hacerme sentir ignorante. Me hicieron sentir tranquila y en confianza. Da gusto encontrar un lugar donde todavía tratan a las personas mayores con dignidad y cariño. Recomiendo Mavis sin ninguna duda. ¡Muchas gracias por su excelente servicio!
