  On 3/31/26 at 9:30am, I called and spoke to Dean who gave me a price for my flat tire and a woman took a deposit for the tire and they both promised the tire would be in by 1pm - I then had my car towed to the Mavis shop. At 3pm, I received a call from the manager that tire would not be in until the next day. Dean and the woman who took my deposit in the call center lied that the tire would be in by 1pm and I would have my car that afternoon. I had to tow my car to another service shop at 4pm. Still waiting for my deposit back since 3/31/26. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

  On 3/28 a reservation was scheduled for the below tire as your system showed its was in stock. Once I arrived I was told there was an error and the tire would need to be ordered and would be in on 3/30. After calling on 3/30 to confirm the tire was ordered and being delivered. I went in today, 4/1 and the tire could not be found. It was missing again so another tire was requested at 8:30 this morning and that would arrive around 11 am. I called at 1:30 only to hear it was still in route. I went back to pickup the car and will find a more responsible and competent store. Having to go back multiple times for a tire is crazy.   My car is fairly new bit my free services at the dealership have ceased. I brought my car here to Mavis for an oil change initially and I was pleased. Arturo was informative and professional. Today, I came in for a quote on brake pads. My car was brought in quickly and checked. I felt secure in the findings and that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I went in there by myself. No charge for the assessment and quoted a decent price for the pass and labor. Thank you Arturo and crew. Iris Mercado

  I had a scheduled appointment for a wheel alignment today at 10:00 AM @ the Yonkers location 779 Centeral Park Ave Yonkers NY. I was assisted by Manny, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and respect. He thoroughly explained the process and also took the initiative to inform me about an available online coupon that I could utilize for today's service. I extend my gratitude to Manny for providing such a positive experience.
