From the moment I arrived at the service bay, the gentleman I encountered was openly disrespectful. He did not greet me, did not introduce himself, and made no effort whatsoever to acknowledge me as a customer he was extremely rude. His demeanor was miserable, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. Instantly, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. This behavior demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and customer service standards. Whether this conduct stemmed from poor training, indifference, or bias, it is unacceptable. No customer should be treated in this manner, especially upon arrival. As a result, I will not be returning. I am bringing this matter to your attention because it reflects poorly on your business and should be addressed immediately. Hire better people!

Offered to change the oil anyway but I would have to go back in a third time to swap out the filter as if I have nothing else to do. Bad customer experience and the lack of communication when asking if materials for my vehicle are in stock to then be told after waiting an hour running my car in 20 degrees wasting gas is absolutely rude. This place sucks, the guys are not nice either, all have attitudes when you’re asking questions as if it’s not a paid service. I will look into giving someone else my business! Two thumbs down
