Edit: Changed from 1 star to 3 because the manager had a reasonable explanation. You need the coupon which if you call will be sent to you, AS WELL as ID. I have only ever used ID in Florida, Texas, and of course NY. So varies place to place.

I noticed that only the valves on the right side of the car were missing their caps. I suspect that because the manager was occupied on the left side of the vehicle, the worker on the right side failed to complete the final step of replacing the caps. It's unacceptable to leave customer vehicles incomplete after a simple service. This lack of attention is ridiculous. If the worker did this intentionally, it is even more problematic. I will order some caps from Amazon because I don't want to drive there again, but it's an unnecessary expense and inconvenience.

I never lose my temper and today he made me lose it. I tried to call a manager to complain and to my surprise he was the manager. I want to speak to someone regarding him.

I thought the stay in the car oil change was supposed to speed things up? It has become astronomically slower since they started this. This is the 3rd time I have come here and had to wait 40+ minutes for an oil change. The horrible part is there is only one way in and one way out, so if someone comes behind you you are stuck! I headed over to the Valvoline in the Bronx and was in and out in 15 minutes as promised. Do better Yonkers. At least let people know it will be an extensive wait, to have dual bays and still be slow as molasses is unacceptable.
