I am extremely happy with the customer service that was provided both over the phone and in person. The gentlemen are very professional, took the time to set up an appointment for me, and explain everything. Special shoutout to Arturo who was at the front desk when I arrived for my appointment to rotate my tires. I was in an out in under an hour. Being a woman, I sometimes feel like people don’t take time to explain things when it comes to the car assuming we don’t care but I like to know things and be informed of what is going on with my car as with any appointment. He found a small nail and took the time to show it to me and fix it. I must say this location changed my experience and made up for the bad experience I had at another store in CT. Now this is what I call good costumer service and professional people who care. I will be coming back and recommending my friends and family members.
