(I already had rented twice from this company and through a Geico insurance claim) after receiving horrible service at one enterprise I get to this one only to receive a manager who was called over a phone because of my ct ID and is condescending asking the young man do I understand that they are doing me a favor I over here so I responded with “I do and I’m very grateful to the both of you “! Only for the manager ( Hercules is the name of the manager over the phone who asked ) to ask if I’m black !!!! But before the young man answers him he walks away! Today was an unfortunate and very hurtful experience! I’m a responsible mother of two who takes time to volunteer at an elderly center and help others! I’m not what he wanted to make me out to be in his racist mind !
