I made a google search and decided on Jiffy Lube which has a longtime reputation for hiring knowledgeable staff. I telephoned for my initial inquiry, and the call was answered promptly with a business-like voice speaking intelligently & clear. Upon arrival into a safe parking lot, that was free of nearby traffic at the local high school. My nervousness as a "walk-in" was de-escalated as soon as I proceeded into the spacious & tidy waiting area with handicapped restroom available. All my questions were patiently answered, and I had a few. Pricing was fair (plus an online coupon), my filter was in stock, and their honesty was above par. My car was in the garage in no time. Incredibly, they found that the previous company never changed my oil filter! I was shocked, and greatful for such personalized care. I have never had such flawless service from any other automotive business. This is my auto care store from now on,and I highly recommend that if you want solid service, without dumbing-it-down intimidation, this will be your best option.
