They even removed my inspection sticker and then quoted me over $1,200 for new pads and rotors.I took my car to another shop 30 minutes later, and they confirmed my vehicle did pass inspection. They also told me my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced to pass the inspection and I told them what happened earlier. On top of that, Jiffy Lube almost forgot to give me my receipt, which only added to the unprofessional experience. This felt dishonest and like an attempt to upsell very expensive and unnecessary repairs. Very disappointing. Be aware and don’t do inspections at this location.

I wish they would have given me a more accurate timeframe because one would assume they would know how long each job takes. Next time just let the person know how long it will take and let the person decide if they want the service
