It is not about the money; it is about integrity. 1. Dishonest Service & Credit Card Charges: The team here promised to waive the SUV upgrade fee because they had no mid-size cars available. This was confirmed via a phone translator. However, they later charged my credit card $96.70 without my consent. When I confronted them, the staff member denied her promise and blamed the insurance. This is a classic "bait and switch" in their business practice. 2. Safety Negligence: The driving experience was dangerous. One day after pickup, the tire pressure dropped to 24 psi in 22°F weather. This proves the team failed to perform a basic safety check. Handing a car with low tire pressure to a family with a newborn is unacceptable. Conclusion: I don't want a refund, but I want the manager to address this. If you value honesty and safety, please be careful with this service.
