  I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and fair pricing. On the personal side I was treated with the extreme respect and most pleasant human approach. I came at the end of the day with my son’s car and although it was hard for them to fit me in they still helped me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  These guys are great! Ramon and Al provided excellent customer service and my car was fixed and I was on my way in no time. I’ve been here a few times and because of the great service and good work, I will be back!

  I went to get an inspection done in between running errands as a last minute decision and it was a great experience. Al helped me out and was super helpful throughout the visit with updates and information. All my questions were answered, even the “dumb” ones without feeling judged. I feel grateful to have found this specific location and sense the community they provide. Will definitely be returning.

  $2300 spent 10HOURSand the problem still isn’t fixed. Very disappointing experience. I first came in on Monday to replace my tires. After the service, the tire pressure monitoring system display on my car disappeared. I went back on Thursday to replace the rear brake rotors and brake pads, and I specifically told them about the tire pressure issue. They told me the job would take 2–3 hours, but I ended up waiting almost 6 hours and the problem was still not fixed. I paid about $2,200 for the work. At first they told me to come back the next day and said I could come at any time. When I came back the next day at around 1 PM, they suddenly told me they were fully booked and asked me to come back again at 8 AM another day. At this point I had already spent nearly $2,300 and more than 10 hours of my time. I have gone back and forth to this shop four times over three days. Is my time not valuable? After all that time and money, you simply tell me to come back another day? I spent three days dealing with this and the tire pressure monitoring system is still not fixed. Before the repair they were very polite, but after taking my money they became dismissive and unhelpful. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money.
