From the moment I walked in on Sunday, I was greeted by Ken—who I believe is the manager—and immediately felt like I was in great hands. His professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication were above and beyond. Even though Sunday was fully booked (which says a lot about how trusted and busy they are), Ken still took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done for my brakes. He walked me through the entire early drop-off process for Monday morning—showing me where the key envelopes were, how to fill one out, and where the secure key drop box in the garage was. Dropping the car off before they opened was effortless. On Monday, Ken called me around 11 AM to let me know my car was ready—exactly as quoted the day before, with no surprises. I told him I’d be there after work around 5 PM, and he said no problem at all. When I arrived, the car was exactly where he said it would be, perfectly repaired, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Ken and his entire team were phenomenal. In an industry where great customer service can be hard to find, this Mavis location truly stands out. Their honesty, professionalism, and follow-through are unmatched. Thank you, Ken.
