Went in to get my tire rotation. After the service was done, old guy that worked on my car made comments to office staff about me wanting to rotate the tires in X pattern in their language and they laughed about it. Not professional at all. For AWD cars with square setup, it's recommended to do X and that was also recommended in the manual so that's what I'm going by. It's not 1 size fits all solution and your staff needs to be trained properly. But professionalism is the big issue here.

Al gives amazing service! I walked in while he was helping a customer. At the same time, he was helping his employee . Then he moved through the multiple customers awaiting his help with ease , efficiency , and a smile. He was so helpful and kind.

$2300 spent 10HOURSand the problem still isn’t fixed. Very disappointing experience. I first came in on Monday to replace my tires. After the service, the tire pressure monitoring system display on my car disappeared. I went back on Thursday to replace the rear brake rotors and brake pads, and I specifically told them about the tire pressure issue. They told me the job would take 2–3 hours, but I ended up waiting almost 6 hours and the problem was still not fixed. I paid about $2,200 for the work. At first they told me to come back the next day and said I could come at any time. When I came back the next day at around 1 PM, they suddenly told me they were fully booked and asked me to come back again at 8 AM another day. At this point I had already spent nearly $2,300 and more than 10 hours of my time. I have gone back and forth to this shop four times over three days. Is my time not valuable? After all that time and money, you simply tell me to come back another day? I spent three days dealing with this and the tire pressure monitoring system is still not fixed. Before the repair they were very polite, but after taking my money they became dismissive and unhelpful. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money.

The gentlemen at the front desk on Sunday March 1 at just about 10am were super helpful and very polite! They were clearly very busy yet stopped to assist an elderly woman by holding the door and pointing out where her car was. Mavis has always been there when we happen to blow out tires due to potholes on Sundays! Thank you gentlemen!

I went to the store on 2/21/26. I went there for an oil change and a car inspection. While they were inspecting my car the manger told me I needed new tires. He let me see the tires and they did have little tread left. He walked through all the option.I asked questions and he answered all of them throughly. He was very kind. He applied all the coupons he could. In total I got an oil change, car inspection, wheel alignment, and 4 new tires. I have a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. My total came out to around $1,100. Overall I had a great experience. I waited around 2 hours. I didn’t feel pressured.
