They’re quick with diagnosing whatever the problem is and getting it fixed, I’ve never had to leave my car there overnight for repairs, it’s always been ready same day. Everyone is friendly and you can tell they know what they’re doing. I don’t get my car serviced anywhere else! :)

Jason the desk manager and coordinator was pleasant and professional and kept me advised of each stage they were doing. I had my NY state inspection done a few weeks prior and I had a bad feeling about what I was told on my brakes/tires. So I decided a second opinion was in order. The bottom line is new brakes are needed front and rear but Jason advised that the fronts were most urgent so at least get those done. So thought the price was more than fair and had that work done. It was recommended that the rear brakes and new tires could be done in the fall and we set up to get that done then. I felt an immediate solid improvement in my car from the work done. He showed a sincere interest in helping me and it was much appreciated as he also did not have that "immediate right now" attitude of doom that I had received elsewhere. Will be back. Thank you!

After checking 2 other places and losing hope, I dropped in to Mavis and met Daryl and expressed my situation. He was pleasant, respectful, and confident that he and his team could be of help.A brief chat on choices and options and then one of the techs brought the car in and accomplished the task in a clean, efficient manner. The tech also reassured me of no other major issues sighted since he knew of the traveling we had ahead of us. I am thankful for the way that Daryl and the tech took my unexpected but necessary situation and made it a successful, pleasant experience. I recommend giving them an opportunity to help!
