But my main reason is because they made me feel incredibly violated when I had a rental car from them while mine was being worked on and when I called about it they also asked “were to driving in orchard park today?” And I said “yeah….” And they said one of their employees was following me and they did not like the way I was driving and they demanded I return the car immediately. Also the way he spoke to me made me feel like I was being scolded by my father in a very condescending way. It absolutely made me never want to return to this location again. I have since used a different Volvo location and have had a wonderful experience. The difference in customer service has been astounding. I still love Volvo but plan to never return to this location.

Each time I bring my vehicle in for the work they recommend, the necessary parts are unavailable, the diagnosis changes, and the estimate increases. The explanation provided has been that staff members are inexperienced. Part of the job, a belt (see pic), was replaced twice within 500 miles. This photo was taken just seven days after the second replacement attempt.
