- MRManny R5 days ago1.0On Saturday, February 28, 2026 at around 10:39 AM, I arrived for my scheduled inspection appointment at 7050 Transit Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221. I had booked the appointment online and went to the front desk to check in. The employee at the desk told me they had tried to call me a minute earlier to inform me there would be a two-hour wait because I had not answered the phone. I explained that I was on another call and did not realize it was them calling. Instead of explaining the situation calmly, the employee began speaking to me in an aggressive tone and raised his voice. The interaction felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. At one point a coworker even told him something like, “dude, you’re trying to fail us,” which made the situation even more awkward. When I told him there was no need to speak to me that way, he responded by saying he wasn’t talking to me. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. At that point I simply said “God bless you” and left. Customer service should not involve yelling at customers who arrive for their scheduled appointments. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
