They are.... the young man with dreads/braids gave zero interest in trying to help us. To make it worse, there wasnt even a customer in the store for them to be too busy to extend any help with us. Went to another location and was helped out wonderfully. I will not be going back to this location.

Meanwhile said please give me a minute and I'll help you. As he starts taking other customers and keeps me waiting. Was already waiting 15 minutes for my turn to that point. Manager who runs this should be ashamed of this service. Not even worth 1 star but can't give lower... He lost an extra sale as was trying buy other things... I'll take my business somewhere else...

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
