  I tried this location a few times, they never seem to have enough staff. Long waits and the works have very little social skills. No hello when you walk in, I’d they’re even at the counter. They are hesitant to help out when you need to double check if a part is the right one for your vehicle. And the workers show very limited knowledge in the products that they are selling.

  So to start off I’m from Canada so I come a little anxious as it is when shopping on the u.s side but meeting John at advance auto parts in Williamsville was the best u.s store visit I’ve ever had I didn’t have to wait to be greeted soon as the door opened it was like a first hand thing he even walked and showed me what promotions and sales were taking place all throughout the store also helped me with everything and more he could of I didn’t know what to do but want to open a company just to hire this man if you go to 4101 transit road ask for John I don’t know his position but I can tell he’s up in the ranks by his customer service and knowledge of many things I will be back and will definitely be sending all my friends from Canada to this location thank you John and advance auto ! And just to add one more thing they have really good promotions right now I would have knew none of this if it wasn’t for Mr. Cox I called the store to asked his last name so I can include that in here that’s how much this meant to me thank you so much guys need more workers like this for many companies.   I have shopped at the transit town store for decades annd anlways had great customer service until this morning!!! I had the absolute worst experience with the lady checking me out!! She was so rude and nothing but attitude in her voice the whole time for absolutely no reason!!! I asked if the manager was around didn’t tell her why I wanted ti talk to one but I definitely wanted to talk to him or her about “the lack of” this cashiers customer service!!!!! and she replied that she is the manager! I was just like oh boy and walked out!!

  John the manager helped me out a lot about when and what kind of coolant I needed for my particular vehicle. I appreciate the shared knowledge and now I have a go to place for the future.
